Samara Crasilneck

Meet Samara Crasilneck, an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruiting operations and people team management. With a BA in Communication and Spanish Studies from Santa Clara University, she also studied Spanish at Instituto De Enseñanza Superior en Lenguas Vivas "Juan Ramón Fernández" and International/Global Studies at Sheldon High School.

Samara's career began at Google Inc. as a Staffing Programs Coordinator before moving on to Facebook as a Program Manager in their People Team. At Airbnb, she served in various roles, including Recruiting Operations & Programs and Diversity Program Manager. Samara also worked at Lyft as the Head of Talent Operations and Senior Project Manager in the People Team.

Currently, Samara is the Director of Recruiting Operations at Airtable. Her experience in talent acquisition provides her with the expertise needed to identify and hire top-level candidates for both small and large organizations. She is also a former Puppy Raiser at Canine Companions®, demonstrating her dedication to serving the community in every way possible.
