Jeff Haidet

Jeff Haidet is a seasoned corporate law attorney specializing in domestic and international commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances across various industries like health care, life sciences, travel and hospitality, and technology.

With over 25 years of experience in McKenna, where he held multiple leadership positions, including Corporate Department Chair and Vice Chair of the Firm, Jeff's expertise spans corporate compliance, managing internal investigations, and providing innovative legal solutions.

As the former Chairman of McKenna and current US Co-CEO at Dentons, Jeff is instrumental in shaping the firm's strategic direction, focusing on delivering efficient client services and creating tangible value in the legal industry through thought leadership on law firm evolution, collaborative culture, and corporate social responsibility.

Apart from his professional commitments, Jeff is deeply involved in community service, contributing his time and legal expertise to organizations such as Points of Light Institute, Commerce Club, Georgia Chamber of Commerce, and Chastain Horse Park.

Jeff Haidet holds a B.A. in Political Science from Miami University and a J.D. from The University of Toledo College of Law.
