Tim Slaughter is a real estate expert with over 14 years of experience in finance, development, asset management, and property management. He is the former President at Coram Management, a property management company with over 1.5 million square feet of real estate in Dallas. Tim co-founded Caddo Holdings in 2009 and served as the Partner, where he played a pivotal role in closing $27.5M in development transactions while maintaining key lender and equity relationships at Amegy Bank and JP Morgan Investment Management.
Before Caddo Holdings, Tim was a Vice-President of Development at Realty Capital Corporation. During his tenure, he planned, zoned, and financed a $45M mixed-use project near UT Southwestern in Dallas. Before that, he served as Vice President at Hughes Development, underwriting more than $400M in development transactions and closing on $45M.
Tim earned an MBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of Texas in Austin and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University. He also serves as President at Yeager Office Suites in Plano, Allen, and McKinney. Before entering the real estate industry, Tim worked as a Senior Consultant at Kana Software and Consultant at Kurt Salmon Associates.
