Meet Robert DeLeonardis, an accomplished real estate professional and Senior Global Real Estate Advisor at Sotheby's International Realty Inc. With years of experience in the field, Robert has participated in hundreds of real estate transactions, representing both individual owners and institutional clients like Aegon, HSBC, and Twin Cities Federal. In addition to his work in real estate, Robert is also a Venture Partner and Managing Director at Medstartr Ventures, where he uses his leadership, growth, and strategy expertise to improve portfolio companies' performances and identify new investments to fund.

Robert's impressive career began at The Goodstein Organization, where he was the top producing agent for nine consecutive years before moving up to run the company's day-to-day business. During his time there, he structured the merger between The Goodstein Organization and Fenwick Keats, where he served as managing partner. In 2015, Robert and his partners sold Fenwick Keats Real Estate to Realogy (NYSE:RLGY), where he continued to work as Senior Global Real Estate Advisor and Associate Broker under the signature brand, Sotheby's International Realty.

As an active participant in the real estate industry, Robert has served as President of the Manhattan Association of REALTORS® and led the Manhattan chapter of the Nation Association of REALTORS®. He brings with him a skill set of deal-making and initiative to improve portfolio companies' performances and identify new investments to fund, accelerate, and create value in the Medstartr family of funds.
