Alex Nordholm

Meet Alex Weston Nordholm - a corporate attorney at Davis & Gilbert LLP with extensive experience in private equity, early/growth-stage companies, and corporate transactional work. A graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, Nordholm boasts an impressive background, including a BS in Political Science and Sociology from Vanderbilt University and an Accelerator Certificate in Business from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management. Prior to his tenure at Davis & Gilbert, Nordholm co-founded dealWIP, where he served as Head of Product, developing software for complex business transactions. During his career, Nordholm has lent his expertise to mergers and acquisitions, early/growth-stage transactions, and other general commercial matters, successfully negotiating employment and non-competition agreements, purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and other corporate initiatives. He also served on the managing board of the Virginia Environmental Law Journal and the editorial board of the Virginia Tax Review while at the University of Virginia School of Law. Today, Nordholm works tirelessly for the clients of Davis & Gilbert, using his deep knowledge of corporate law to effectuate positive outcomes.
