Chris Ronzio

Chris Ronzio is a seasoned entrepreneur, consultant, and speaker with a passion for organizing chaos and improving processes for small and growing businesses. He studied photography and Italian language at Lorenzo de' Medici and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management from Bentley University.

With over a decade of experience working with hundreds of entrepreneurs, Chris founded Trainual, a software tool that helps small businesses centralize and organize their processes, tasks, and responsibilities. He believes that every role can be taught and documented, enabling companies to create comprehensive and scalable operations manuals.

Apart from Trainual, Chris has also held board positions, been a member of YPO, a columnist for Inc. Magazine, and a partner at Design Pickle. He was the founder of Organize Chaos, co-founder of One Small Business, and CEO of the Bentley Entrepreneurship Society.

Chris is driven by progress and relishes the opportunity to impact people's lives through innovative ideas and problem-solving. He's traveled the world, met amazing people, and gained diverse perspectives that inform his work and continue to fuel his imagination.
