I primarily support our U.S.-based operations, specifically in Overland Park Orlando, Denver, Kansas City, Portland, Minneapolis, Dublin, CA and Irvine, CA.

At the Spencer Reed Group, I was exposed to world-class recruiting training and gained an invaluable understanding of the recruiting process from both the candidate and company point of view.  It's this understanding that enables me give my company insight in to our potential employees' needs and vice versa.

While here, I was constantly finding new, non-traditional approaches to sourcing and recruiting that enabled me to uncover the hidden pools of talent that my competitors didn't know existed.  The constant need to innovate and stay ahead of the curve resulted in a fresh, ever-changing process that yielded a consistently full pipeline of talent. As a result, I was called upon to provide training on sourcing and social media for the entire company on a regular basis.

As a result of working with hundreds of companies as clients,  I gained excellent insight into recruiting and hiring processes across dozens of industries.  This experience carried forward to my role at Black & Veatch and enabled me to bring best practices from top companies across the country.
