Restaurant complex "Vega" located in the building Best Western Vega Hotel & Convention Center including: 3 restaurants, banquet halls, cafe, lobby bar, sun-lounge. Staff size - 170. 
1. Creation HR department. Construction staff records management, making and adaptation local normative acts.
2. Management of HR-department (on  my handle: HR-manager and labor protection specialist):
- Control of staff records management (hiring, dimissions, transfer of staff,
personal files of employees, concluding of  employment agreement, additional agreement, material liability agreement, labor books, leaves, composition of leave schedule, sick lists, timesheets).
- Staff recruitment for various levels, including TOP-positions, staff size optimization.
- Conducting of staff schedule, making changes
- Analyzing of work discipline and staff observation work regulations.
- Labor consulting for top management and staff.
- Monitoring of the labor-market and the level of salaries.
3. Creation the quality service assessment system, check lists for each department.
4. Elaboration and introduction staff adaptation system.
5. Development and keeping corporate culture.
Realization corporate behavior politics, values and traditions of company. Formation positive image of company (external and internal company promotion). Staff questionnairing for researching job enjoyment level, finding problems, creation «New employee handbook», organization of corporate events (team-building, celebrations, excursions, etc.).

Planning training cost. Connection with outside providers.
