Leah Bitat

Leah Bitat is a dedicated individual with a passion for creating educational systems that foster success for students in challenging environments.

With a background in teaching and school administration, Leah has transitioned into a role as an international development professional in North Africa, focusing on developing effective teachers and educational systems.

Leah's educational journey includes studying at Lathrop High School, Lisa Dieker, earning an EdM in Risk and Prevention from Harvard University Graduate School of Education, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Puget Sound.

Throughout her career, Leah has held various key positions such as the Algeria Field Director at World Learning, Director for Pedagogy and Educational Programming at Ecole Les Aures, and roles at organizations like Handicap International, British Council, and several school districts.

She has also served as Dean of Support at Boston Prep, Presenter at Conversations on Teaching, and Lead Teacher/Assistant Principal at Tudor Hill Alternative School.
