Thiago de Assis Silva is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the fields of M&A, financial reporting, and strategic consulting. He is the CEO at Stoque, a technology firm providing Information Management Solutions, and the founder of KINASE Investments, LLC, which identifies and evaluates potential lower-middle market M&A opportunities in Brazil. Thiago has also worked at PwC Strategy& as a Deals Strategy team member handling due diligence, M&A strategies, search, and screen projects for corporate and financial clients, especially private equity funds.

Before joining the consulting firm, Thiago was the Global Business Controller for Magnesita, leading finance activities as budgeting, financial reporting, and M&A Transactions across countries like China, Germany, Brazil, and the US. He has also worked for Bain & Co and other strategic consulting firms in Brazil for five years. Thiago holds a MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
