Her previous roles at Paychex included HR Services Senior Human Resources Generalist and HR Services Human Resource Generalist, where she was responsible for employee well-being, recruitment processes, succession planning, and learning and development. Prior to her role at Paychex, Ashley worked as an HR Recruiter at The TemPositions Group of Companies and as an HR Career and Talent Management Intern at Executive Talent Services.

Ashley's academic accomplishments include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University and a Master of Science (MS) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Hartford, where she achieved a 3.86 GPA.
