Lieven holds a Bachelor's in Latin-Mathematics, a Masters's in Nuclear Physics, a post-graduate in Solid State Physics, and a Master's in Metallurgical Engineering, all from reputable institutions. His professional career is marked by notable positions of leadership and influence.
