Cynthia Ho is a seasoned professional with over thirteen years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in private equity, infrastructure, energy, private credit, and real estate funds. She has a strong track record of raising capital for leading Private Fund Sponsors.

Prior to her current role at Mercury Capital Advisors in London, Cynthia held key positions at renowned institutions such as HSBC Bank plc, Actis, Macquarie Bank, and Deutsche Bank. Her expertise spans project management, origination, due diligence, investor relations, fundraising, and M&A transactions in various sectors.

Cynthia is a distinguished alumni of the University of New South Wales in Australia, holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Laws degree. She is also a CFA and CAIA charterholder with additional academic accomplishments in Mandarin Chinese from Beijing Language and Culture University.
