Curt's expertise spans various areas including board leadership, venture investing, corporate strategy, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, equity and debt financings, investor relations, LBOs, defense advisory, treasury management, and financial accounting.

His educational background includes a BA in International Relations from Brown University, an MBA in Finance from Ivey Business School at Western University, and a High School Diploma from Shawnigan Lake School.

Throughout his career, Curt has held significant positions such as Chief Financial Officer at Clio, an investor at Viam Inc., Cart.com, and Rewind, and a member of the Angel Investor at Brown Angel Group.
