Crystal Kirmiz Cody is a highly skilled individual with a strong background in Mass Spectrometry and various analytical techniques. Her expertise includes FT-ICR, TOF/QTOF, QQQ, SQ, CID, SORI-CID, ECD, IRMPD, ESI, nanoESI, MALDI, APCI, GC, LC, EI/CI, HPLC separation, chip-LC, ion mobility, FAIMS, polymerase chain reaction, solid phase extraction, capillary electrophoresis, and more.
Crystal has extensive experience working with Agilent Technologies HPLC and mass spectrometry products. She is well-versed in Agile development and holds a certification as an Agile Product Owner. Crystal has also demonstrated leadership skills in various professional settings.
Crystal pursued her education at the University of California, Davis, where she completed her Ph.D. in Chemistry. Prior to that, she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Mills College.
Throughout her career, Crystal has held key roles at Agilent Technologies, including R&D Application Scientist and R&D Scientist. She has also worked as an Application Scientist at Varian Inc. (now part of Agilent Technologies). Additionally, Crystal has experience as a Teaching Assistant, Doctoral Researcher, Research Assistant, and Student Researcher at UC Davis, as well as various roles at ATF, Astro Pak Corporation, and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.
