Crystal DeCnodder is a Partner and Vice President at Full Blast Creative, known for her roles as the Co-Founder of the Canadian Cannabis Summit and the Founder of SocialBulls.ca. With a diverse background in digital marketing and education, Crystal collaborates with various industries including emerging businesses, finance, tourism, technology, and cannabis companies to enhance their online presence and storytelling. She developed curricula for Social Media Advertising & Social Media Analytics at Mount Royal University and has been actively involved in organizing events like The Canadian Cannabis Summit. Crystal also launched SocialBulls.ca, providing workshops on digital marketing skills. Her expertise extends to keynote speaking on subjects like cannabis marketing, artificial intelligence in marketing, social media advertising, consumer profiling, and market strategy. Crystal has engaged with various events and organizations, sharing her knowledge and experience. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, volunteering with 100% Skate Club, traveling, and reading.
