Cristóbal Hollstein is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse educational background.

He holds a degree in Commercial Engineering with a specialization in Business Administration from UC, where he ranked in the top 4% of his class. Additionally, he has completed three diplomas in Instructional Design, Agile Management, and Higher Education from reputable institutions.

Currently pursuing a Diploma in Customer Experience at UANDES to enhance his skills in customer-focused work.

Cristóbal's current focus lies in designing academic programs and extension activities to provide participants with meaningful and professional experiences, incorporating the latest trends and practical tools for personal and professional development.

As the Head of Continuing Education at the University of the Andes, his responsibilities include leading academic management, continuous improvement, and innovation in programs to ensure quality and establish a strong academic offering in lifelong learning.

Passionate about education, Cristóbal enjoys teaching and holds positions as a full professor and assistant professor at various institutions, covering courses on teaching management, employee experience, diversity and inclusion, leadership skills, and organizational happiness.

With strong analytical skills, project leadership capabilities, and a service-oriented mindset, Cristóbal excels in delivering high-impact projects. He possesses advanced quantitative and qualitative research abilities and is particularly interested in management, higher education, online education, gamification, instructional design, and diversity and inclusion.
