Cristina Santos is a CCDP-AP certified Senior Leader with over two decades of experience in corporate settings, specializing in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Her focus is on ensuring associates feel valued, engaged, and respected while driving results through a strategic approach that combines commercial and human resource expertise.

At Cornell University ILR School, she studied Diversity & Inclusion Advanced Practitioner Certification and at Babson College, she focused on Business Awareness, including Business Strategy, Marketing, and Finance.

Cristina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Florida International University - College of Business and has also studied at the University of Florida.

Professionally, she served as the Senior Vice President, Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Engagement at Capital Group, and as an Adjunct Instructor of Diversity & Inclusion at Cornell University ILR School.

In her previous roles at Sanofi, Novo Nordisk, Novartis, Sunovion Pharmaceuticals, Alcon, and Merck, Cristina showcased her expertise in multicultural marketing, sales management, training, and leadership, contributing significantly to Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.

She is recognized for her strengths-based leadership style that emphasizes the importance of intentional inclusion, innovation, and empowerment to foster a sense of belonging, respect, and trust among team members.
