- Discussing with the client in order to clarify the role (responsibilities, skills needed, deadline, budget etc.)
- Developing the recruitment strategy
- Developing job descriptions and job announcements
- Analyzing the resumes and contact potential candidates & cold calling
- Scheduling and sustaining interviews
- Informing candidates about the selection process and giving feedback
- Drawing up reports for the clients

Recruitment Specialist

- Engage in creative and proactive methods to source candidates: recruitment sites, networking, recommendations, social and professional networks, etc.
- Screening applications according to job requirements
- Support for HR Consultant (interviews scheduling, recruitment database maintenance, preparing job description)
- Offering feedback to candidates included in the recruitment process
- Participating to F2F interviews
- Prepare various recruitment reports

Recruitment Analyst 

- Offering support for consultants
- Identify and select potential candidates
- Scheduling candidate interviews
