Cristin's marketing career began at ZS Associates, where she served as an Associate Consultant and Business Associate. Later, she joined MillerCoors and held various roles, including Associate Brand Manager, Brand Manager for Crispin Cider Company, and Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Director for Coors Light. She also served as the Head of Global Marketing for Sports Medicine and Athletic Training at Performance Health before moving to Green Thumb Industries (GTI), where she served as the Brand Director before becoming the Vice President of Consumer Products at GTI.
