Craig Youngberg

Craig Youngberg is a professional with a strong background in information security, cybersecurity, risk management, and IT leadership.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Operations Management from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and a Bachelor of Commerce in Urban Land Economics and Transportation and Logistics from The University of British Columbia.

Craig has an impressive professional journey; he is currently the Head of District Information Security - Director Information Security at Chicago Public Schools, where he oversees the information security operations.

Prior to his current role, he served as a Professor at DePaul University, specializing in Enterprise Security Infrastructure Controls and Regulatory Compliance.

Craig has also worked at Accenture, where he was involved in Insurance and Financial Services with a focus on Cyber Risk and Resilience.

His experience includes holding the position of Global Head of Cybersecurity & IT Risk as the Director of Information Technology at ITW.

Before his global role, Craig was the Head of Corporate Information Services at ITW, overseeing PMO, EUS, and Risk functions.

He has also worked in various leadership roles at ITW, such as Senior Project Manager in IT Program Management.
