Melissa McCue-McGrath is a highly accomplished dog trainer, author, and blogger in the United States. She studied psychology at Lake Erie College, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree. Melissa is the co-Training Director of New England Dog Training Club, the oldest AKC Obedience club in the country, and has authored the book "Considerations for the City Dog," the urban dog's handbook. In addition, she is half of CarTalk's FIDO blog on pets and travel and has a quarterly column called "Captain's Log" in Maine Dog Magazine. Melissa has also worked as a dog trainer at Riverdog Daycare, City Dog/Magical Mutt, and Zen Dog Training. She was also an Administrative Coordinator at Northeastern University and Office Manager at MIVA. Melissa's vast knowledge of dogs and dog behavior has made her a sought-after expert in the pet industry.
