Employee Development Specialist

- Complete testing for various lending projects in order to improve efficiency of lending operations
- Create, update, and maintain lending procedures to ensure they are complete with the most up-to-date information
- Meet and collaborate with various departments to review impacts of lending changes
- Complete full process of submitting and processing GAP claims as well as balancing GAP general ledger
- Manage and prioritize projects in order to meet given deadlines
- Assist lending production department with contacting members and funding loans as needed

Consumer Lending Administration Specialist

- Contact members with loan decisions
- Verify GAP (guaranteed asset protection) general ledger on a weekly/monthly basis to ensure accuracy of contracts issued
- Generate loan documents
- Verify proper loan documentation and fund loans
- Originate and process GAP claims for auto loans
- Respond to member inquiries regarding loan products and loan decisions

Lending Center Representative

- Verify and complete new hire documentation including I-9 forms and state and federal tax forms
- Input employees into timekeeping, payroll and online learning management systems
- Create and manage courses in online learning management system
- Prepare manuals and room setup for New Hire Orientation and Teller Training
- Create and disperse policies and procedures
- Order supplies in order to maintain availability of all necessary materials
- Attend weekly departmental planning sessions

Employee Development/Human Resources Intern

- Perform daily teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Member Service Representative: open member accounts; input loan applications and finalize loans; assist members with account inquiries
- Back-up Head Teller: stand in as supervisor of the teller line in the absence of the Head Teller; maintain branch cash levels; supervise shifts to ensure proper staffing during business hours; audit cash dispensers and teller drawers on a weekly and monthly basis, respectively
- Maintain several logs in order to ensure adherence to auditing rules and regulations
