Katerina Lyubomirova is an accomplished HR professional with a passion for organisational development and people analytics. She has a vast knowledge of both research and analytics support to senior management and day-to-day HR operations. Katerina's academic background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Sustainability and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. She earned both degrees from Alliant International University in San Diego Scripps Ranch. Additionally, Katerina earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution.

Katerina honed her skills in the HR industry, where she's held various positions. She worked as an HR Project Analyst at CSM Sport & Entertainment, where she delivered excellent analytical support to the senior management team. She was also a Human Resources (HR)/Business Intern at the Institute on Violence, Abuse and Trauma, where she provided invaluable support to the HR department.
