She then led the finance and strategy functions at Marsh, a prominent insurance broker, during the emergence of the 'insuretech' trend.

Known for her strong leadership, strategic acumen, and ability to simplify complex ideas, Courtney has successfully built and managed teams across multiple countries, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and work culture.

Passionate about fintech, particularly in the 'infrastructure' layer, Courtney has collaborated with notable companies like New Front, CoverWallet, Betterment, and Orchard.
