Corliss McGinty, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Corliss McGinty is a seasoned HR professional with over two decades of experience in areas including recruitment, branding, benefits, compensation, training, payroll, team building, and assessments. With a passion for people and a keen eye for best practices and litigation avoidance, McGinty is particular about the companies she partners with. She specializes in leadership development, life coaching, career management, performance management, and human resource consulting, including 360 feedback, customer service, and rising stars for teenage leadership and college prep.

McGinty holds a degree in Art and Psychology from East Carolina University, and her schooling included Page High School, where she studied Mascot Pirate.
