Conor Lilly is a Talent Acquisition leader specializing in tech recruitment with a background in managing recruitment teams at top tech companies like Fivetran, Stripe, and Google.

Having a foundation from Google where he led a technical sourcing team, Conor excels in building high-performing teams in fast-paced and diverse environments.

He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Sports Management, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Ulster University, and completed his education at Aquinas Grammar School in Belfast.
