Sonal Piparsania is an accomplished problem solver with strong analytical skills, dedicated to finding solutions to real-world issues through collaboration with others. With an educational background in Computer Science and Engineering, as well as an MBA in Human Resources Development, Sonal is well-equipped to tackle any challenge that comes her way.

After completing her studies, Sonal began her professional journey as an HR intern at Steel Authority of India Limited, Bhilai Steel Plant, where she honed her skills in relationship building and personnel management. She then went on to work as a recruiter and sourcing data specialist at Google, first as a technical recruiter via Optimum Infosystems Pvt Ltd, and then as a tech recruiter, where she helped the company find talented individuals to join their team.

In addition to her work in recruitment and HR, Sonal has also gained experience as a senior process executive for Cognizant, where she worked onsite at Google as a channels specialist. Throughout her career, Sonal has demonstrated a self-motivated and dedicated approach to her work, as well as a talent for maintaining strong relationships with colleagues.
