With a history of early promotions and selection to high profile projects, Collin has supervised over $5B assets while holding numerous senior leadership positions.

At Talen Energy, Collin contributed to a 20% reduction in O&M cost by leading the organization's newly developed continuous improvement team. He has also saved the organization over $3M through asset optimization and prioritization of critical business issues. During his time at Bechtel Power Corporation, Collin worked as a Reactor Operations Engineer, and as a Research and Teaching Assistant in the Bioengineering Laboratory at Lehigh University.
