Colleen Garrott

Colleen Garrott is a seasoned professional with a strong educational background. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from George Mason University - School of Business, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of Virginia, along with additional studies at Washington and Lee University and Lake Braddock Secondary School.

Colleen has a wealth of experience in various roles at Collaborative Solutions, LLC. She currently serves as a Senior Manager, bringing with her prior experience as a Consulting Services Manager, Senior Principal Consultant, Principal Workday Consultant, Workday Consultant, and Workday Analyst within the same organization. Her diverse professional journey showcases her expertise and growth within the company.

Before joining Collaborative Solutions, LLC, Colleen served as an Academic Tutor for the Athletic Department at the University of Virginia, where she showcased her teaching and mentoring skills. Additionally, she gained valuable experience as a Human Resources and Marketing Intern at AFLAC and as a Sales Associate at DSW, further diversifying her skill set and industry exposure.
