Nidhi Dhar

Nidhi Dhar is an accomplished professional with a strong background in Human Resources and Marketing.

She pursued her MBA in HR & Marketing from the prestigious Indian Institute of Planning and Management.

Prior to her MBA, Nidhi completed her B. Com (Honours) in Commerce from Jesus and Mary College.

Nidhi has held significant roles in various esteemed organizations, showcasing her expertise in the field.

She currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Genpact, where she plays a pivotal role in human resources activities.

Previously, Nidhi excelled as the Senior Manager for HR Operations & Processes at Hollard Insurance Group, managing the company's joint ventures in India.

Her experience also includes a tenure as a Human Resources Assistant at Microsoft, where she contributed to HR functions.

Nidhi began her career as an Assistant to the National Security Manager in HR at The Coca-Cola Company, where she gained valuable insights into organizational processes.
