Colin Eighmy

Colin Eighmy is a search leader at Artisanal Talent, co-leading the early stage Go-To-Market (GTM) group with a decade of executive search experience. Specializing in go-to-market initiatives, he focuses on strategic placements for leadership roles in various sectors including Cybersecurity, Developer Tools, Data, APIs, AI/ML, and Enterprise SaaS. Colin has established strong relationships in the venture capital community, collaborating with top-tier VCs to identify and place GTM leaders in their portfolio companies.

Colin is a first-generation college graduate known for his active involvement in community service. He founded the local board of Best Buddies Colorado, overseeing the recruitment of 30 board members and successfully raising over $200,000 to promote disability support and inclusion. Additionally, he has contributed his expertise for a decade on the Brent's Place Leadership board, supporting families and children battling cancer.

Colin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder and is an alumnus of Denver East High School. His professional journey includes roles such as Principal at Artisanal Talent Group, Director of Early Stage GTM Practice at SPMB Executive Search, and Board Chair at Best Buddies International.
