Currently, Cliff is enabling technical skills development and agility at Southern Cross Health Society.

He was also involved in founding BallBoy Digital and has prior experience as an Instructional Designer & Facilitator, Training Development Manager, Senior Instructional Designer, Educator, and Head of Department, and Officer in organizations like The Learning Wave, IMPAC, Site Safe New Zealand Inc, and New Zealand Defence Force.
