Clement Tan is a seasoned Supply Chain Professional with over two decades of experience in Strategic Planning, Oil and Gas Operations Management, Global Logistics Management, Vendor Management, Compliance Management, People Management, and Business Development.

He has a strong international background, having worked in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, with a significant period of 5 years spent in China. Clement has a proven track record of setting up and managing marine, logistics, and yard operations in challenging countries like Lebanon, Egypt, Gabon, Congo, Cameroon, and Equatorial Guinea. He excels in conducting compliance risk assessments and audits for global operations.

His expertise extends to managing Supply Chain Hub Operations in key locations such as Houston, Amsterdam, Aberdeen, and Singapore. In these roles, he has successfully overseen annual audits, introduced new processes, and spearheaded various improvement initiatives.

Clement Tan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from the National University of Singapore. He also pursued further education in Business and Marketing at McMaster University.
