Clay Owsley

Clay Owsley is a proven Engineering Manager and Technology Leader with an impressive track record of success-oriented hands-on leadership in various industries including defense, medical devices, and commercial sectors.

With extensive experience in leading systems, hardware, software, and mechanical engineering design and development teams, he specializes in digital communication, signal processing, and embedded computer systems.

A Navy Veteran with two tours in Naval Special Warfare, Clay holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, focusing on digital RF communication, digital signal processing, and digital/mixed-signal hardware design.

During his tenure at General Dynamics C4 Systems, Clay held security clearances including TS/SCI and TS Collateral.
