FARSALI was created to bridge the gap between makeup and skincare. Since its launch, the brand transformed the beauty world with innovative, naturally inspired, exceptional quality formulas that quickly became a staple in every beauty routine. Digital first it grew at an astonishing pace on its ecommerce platform – rapidly expanding to markets and retailers worldwide. FARSALI remained always digital first while expanding in Sephora globally across 2,000+ stores. 
My position led all functions of marketing: E commerce, PR, Social, Digital & Retail. 
Took over Retail Sales responsibilities in September 2019 where I managed relationship with existing global retail partners, devised strategy, negotiations and identified partners for our global expansion.

Always consumer-focused, developed and delivered all integrated and applied marketing programs for PANDORA in Canada including the brand re launch enhancing consumer journey with digital, experiential and Omni channel. Improved effectiveness in digital media to drive incremental revenue and customer growth. Responsible for the restructure of the Canadian MKT team (10 team members) creating clusters and efficiencies in order to better serve our field, stores and retail partners.

Led the Marketing Department creation for a much beloved, creatively driven and inspiring beauty brand including creating the Canadian MKT team, Direct-to-Consumer e-commerce, Social Media marketing, Brand marketing, Events, Partnerships, Public Relations and Data Analytics.

Developed and deliver all integrated and applied marketing programs for Givenchy Parfums & Make Up in Canada. Responsibilities include Product Marketing, Trade Marketing and Retailer Strategies, and Media and Digital Strategies.
