Richard Clarkson, a senior international insights professional, has a proven track record of delivering and implementing insights within marketing, brand, and innovation teams. With a PhD in Marketing from The University of Huddersfield, Richard has held various positions at Orange, including Head of Strategic Consumer Insights and Segmentation, Head of Segmentation Research and Insights, and Group Insights Manager. At Orange, Richard has been involved in several successful projects, including a global brand refresh, determining priorities for TV developments, measuring launch success and prioritizing marketing efforts for Orange Bank, and identifying new opportunities for Orange in the 5G space. Additionally, Richard has evaluated and prioritized multiple TV advert executions and determined awareness and the impact of Orange's CSR initiatives. Richard has also previously worked at Virgin Media and Ipsos MORI, where he held several roles. Richard has a passion for marketing and has lectured part-time at the University of Huddersfield in the past.
