Clarence Ching
Founder, Access Singapore & Assistant Manager, NVPC
Clarence Ching is the Founder of Access Singapore, a social mobility charity established in January 2019.1 He previously worked as an Assistant Manager for Company of Good at NVPC - Towards a City of Good from September 2021 to January 2022.1 In this role, he supported operations for Champions of Good and helped plan and coordinate Giving Week.1
Clarence has a background in public policy and social impact. He was a Public Policy Fellow at Twitter from August 2020 to February 2021.1 He also had internships at the Ministry of Communications and Information and NVPC earlier in his career.1
Currently, as the Founder and Executive Director of Access, Clarence oversees all aspects of the organization, including operations, finances, programs, staff, and volunteers.1 The charity focuses on providing career exposure opportunities for disadvantaged students in Singapore.1
Clarence is also active in community service. He previously assisted elderly individuals and low-income families in the Kreta Ayer-Kim Seng community for nearly a decade and was involved in the Moulmein-Cairnhill community as a Member of the Citizen's Consultative Committee.1
