    Clarence Ching is the founder of Access Singapore, a social mobility charity established in January 2019.1 He previously worked as an Assistant Manager for the Company of Good program at NVPC (National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre) from September 2021 to January 2022.1 In this role, he supported operations for Champions of Good, a national initiative recognizing organizations exemplary in doing good, and helped plan and coordinate Giving Week, which encourages individuals and organizations to contribute their time, talent, treasure, and voice to causes they care about.1

    3. He has experience working as a Public Policy Fellow at Twitter and as an intern at Brunswick Group and the Ministry of Communications and Information.1

    Currently, as the Founder and Executive Director of Access Singapore, Clarence oversees all aspects of the organization, including operations, finances, programs, staff, and volunteers.1 He is committed to providing career exposure opportunities for disadvantaged students in Singapore and driving social mobility initiatives.1
