With nearly five years dedicated to the remarkable growth of the Love To Dream brand, Clare has played a pivotal role in securing over 50 consumer awards and facilitating Quadrant Private Equity's acquisition of a majority stake in the business in 2019. Her expertise spans across Brand Strategy, New Product Development (NPD) launches, International Marketing, PR/Media, Content Marketing, and more.

Noteworthy accolades in Clare's career include receiving the Global Marketing Excellence Award at Coca-Cola, serving as an Advisory Council Member for the Coca-Cola Australia Foundation, and establishing the exceptional Marketing Team at Love To Dream.

Outside of work, Clare is passionate about creating positive impacts, collaborating with supportive and inspiring leaders, practicing yoga, curating Spotify playlists, fostering kindness, writing, brainstorming ideas, dancing exuberantly, and cherishing life's simple pleasures.

Education-wise, Clare completed her A Levels in Business Studies, English Literature, and Food Science at Whitehaven School before pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Marketing Media and Cultural Studies from Liverpool John Moores University.
