At Lyft I balanced two complex product areas and partnered with product design to elevate team health, productivity and design quality. I executed this by guiding design teams with project roadmaps, providing clear direction, priorities, and structure.

- Set projects up for success by managing design sprints, brainstorms, UX Research strategy and retrospectives.
- Spearheaded the Design QA program and created the Design Quality Principles and Design QA prioritization matrix  to uplevel design quality across the tech org. 
- Created communication and resourcing plans for multiple teams, to build transparency and collaboration across disciplines.

At Tilt I enhanced the employee experience  and worked closely with the Director of People to execute on projects.

- Created an events program to specifically maximize on intrinsic motivators. 
- Managed and coordinated events and employee experiences between five international offices. 	
- Implemented TV/AV technology to stream and communicate with 150 + employees. 
- Coordinated events between five international offices from hackathons, milestone celebrations, recruiting events and offsites.
