Cindy Uhlir

Cindy Uhlir is a passionate hockey fan, particularly devoted to the Carolina Hurricanes. With a background in Electrical Engineering and consulting, she has a track record of creating value for companies through process improvements and coaching. After working for Proudfoot and running warehouse operations, she ventured back into entrepreneurship to assist small and medium-sized businesses in their growth.

Driven by the lack of females in business leadership roles, Cindy founded Fierce Female Founders, a female-focused business accelerator aimed at providing support, education, and access to capital for aspiring female entrepreneurs. The accelerator has already seen remarkable success stories, with one founder progressing from an idea to patent-pending status and significant funding within just three months.
