Cindy Miscikowski is a woman with an impressive career background in various nonprofit and government organizations. She was elected to serve as a Councilmember in the City of Los Angeles in 2001 where she pushed for improvements in public safety, transportation, and healthcare. After finishing her term, she became a founding board member of the Broad Center for the Management of School Systems, where she shared her expertise in education and public policy. Cindy also served as the Chairperson of the California Women's Commission, and as a commissioner for the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority.
