    Recently, Cindy initiated the CX Accelerator Program at Mastercard, focusing on guiding customers in enhancing their digital experiences to drive business growth effectively.

    Before joining Mastercard, Cindy held prominent roles including CX strategist and Executive Creative Director at R/GA, a globally recognized digital agency. She actively contributed to defining customer experience strategies and overseeing creative development for various clients.

    Cindy's impressive roster of clients includes renowned names like Nike, Volvo, HP, and Coca-Cola, demonstrating her expertise in crafting exceptional digital product, service, and brand experiences.

    She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Screenwriting from Columbia University in New York and a Bachelor of Science in Radio, TV, Film from Northwestern University. Cindy's extensive experience also includes roles such as Creative Director at RAPP and Director of User Experience at Canvas.

    In addition to her corporate roles, Cindy has served as an Adjunct Professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology and as a Board Member at Global Nomads Group, showcasing her commitment to education and social causes.
