ESW Capital and Crossover manage multiple highly-innovative startups in the Software and tech
industry (i.e. DNN software, Ignite). Here, I assessed the products/services and their processes to
apply my knowledge in business strategy and my growth-hacking methods and give the management
and teams advice on improving their sales results. In just 4 months, I demonstrated how to increase
the closing rate by 8x p/week, while at the same time growing the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
with 30 - 60% per customer. Closing more deals and at higher total amount than the results of the top 5% of their sales team.

As the European Business Development manager for Aegex, I was responsible for increasing
the users and the cumulative sales of the Windows 10 tablets, it’s software and its connected Aegex
IoT platform for Hazardous locations in Europe and other EMEA regions.
During which, I had created an expansive channel partner program (with Resellers, Volume-resellers
and Distributors) throughout the EMEA region to offer the Aegex products & services to the oil & gas,
chemical, utilities, and military industry.
I have used my range of skills to introduce Aegex to new opportunities in Europe by partnering with
Software companies. I have also implemented innovative strategies to efficiently scale and effectively
target new businesses for Aegex.

I was responsible for both international and national sales and always matched or exceeded targets, resulting in an average growth rate of 600% in 3 years, which won the company the FD Gazelle awards
I developed strategies for increasing future sales and initiated sales & marketing campaigns. Additionally, I often held boardroom level meetings with corporate clients such as Deloitte, Salesforce, Unit 4, Johnson & Johnson in order to implement multi-department communication solutions. 
I organised and executed representation at different local (TEDx) and international events (Websummit, Cebit) to acquire new (and maintain existing) clients. 

On top of managing marketing & communication activities, I also delegated teams and trained interns/colleagues within the different departments of Sales, Marketing and Communication. I have also trained clients during workshops on pitching and have developed new products & services that extended the company’s product line.
Being responsible for setting up and maintaining the respective internal workflow systems, I had setup the complete sales process & CRM system, incoming/outgoing communication, lead generation and partnership programs. 
In the last 6 months at the company, I set up new departments in the UK and Ireland for international expansion. This included conducting market research, setting up all communication channels, executing sales & marketing campaigns and reaching sales targets while acquiring new clients in these new markets.

As the International Marketing Manager under contractual basis for the RijnHavenPark foundation, I have been responsible for the international marketing plan and sales strategies. Including International market research, investor hunting, and developing long term strategies. I am also responsible for the digital media, and social media that has been set up for the foundation. The RijnhHavenPark will be the world’s first Co2-neutral floating park in the city harbours of Rotterdam, The Netherlands. 
This park will be available for all and will introduce, interest and involve all layers of society with sustainable living, socializing and energy consumption/generation.
