Chuck Plumhoff is an accomplished investment banker with a decade of experience specializing in M&A and capital markets advisory, particularly within the midstream energy infrastructure sector.
Throughout his career, Chuck has been involved in structuring and executing a diverse array of strategic transactions worth over $150 billion, including corporate mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. He has also facilitated the raising of more than $18 billion in debt and equity capital through various means such as IPOs, bond issuances, private placements, and acquisition financings.
Chuck Plumhoff holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. Prior to his MBA, he completed his Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the same institution.
Having held various key roles at reputable financial institutions, Chuck has served as the Director of Investment Banking at Citi and as Vice President of Investment Banking within the same organization. He has also gained experience as an Investment Banking Associate in the Energy Group at Citi and in a similar role in the Real Estate Group at Credit Suisse.
Furthermore, Chuck Plumhoff has contributed his expertise as a Bank Officer and Credit Analyst at PlainsCapital Bank, as well as a Preferred Client Officer at BBVA Compass. He has also been part of the REIT Fund Advisory Board at the McCombs School of Business.
