His professional journey includes extensive involvement in corporate development, overseeing a remarkable $160 billion in corporate mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Additionally, he has played a pivotal role in raising substantial capital amounting to over $18 billion through debt and equity financing strategies, which encompass initial public offerings, bond issuances, and private placements.
