Christy also has a background in Psychology, having studied at Palomar College. With over a decade of experience in marketing, customer success, and business operations, she has held various roles, including Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Sr. Marketing Operations Specialist, Operations Specialist, and Product Manager at Housecall Pro – a leading software platform for home service professionals. Christy has also worked as a Business Expert at Apple, where she gained extensive knowledge in customer service and sales. In addition, she gained valuable experience in resolution and product specialist roles at Online Sports and as a Sales Associate at UC Santa Barbara. Prior to her business roles, Christy worked in food service, where she held Assistant Manager roles at The Natural Cafe and Yogurtland.
