Christopher Uschnig

Christopher Uschnig is an internationally trained physician, researcher, and project manager with a Master of Public Health (MPH) specializing in infectious disease, health systems, and global health.

He has over 4 years of experience as a practicing physician in traditional medicine and 2+ years in telemedicine for a Swiss-based telehealth company, focusing on the delivery of telehealth services and mHealth tools.

Currently, he is working at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard on projects related to immunology and translational medicine in infectious diseases, specifically on blood biomarker discovery in respiratory infections and genomic surveillance of malaria.

Emphasizing stakeholder alignment and cross-functional project management across multiple geographies, Christopher excels in translating scientific knowledge into business strategies, data generation, and scientific communication.

His educational journey includes achievements such as a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the Medical University of Graz, a Master's in Public Health from Harvard T.H.
