Christopher Turner

Christopher Turner is the Chief Financial Officer of Yum! Brands, overseeing finance, corporate strategy, supply chain, and information technology globally.

With nearly two decades of experience in strategy, finance, M&A, and operations leadership, Chris has made significant contributions to Yum! Brands and the companies he has previously worked for.

Before joining Yum! Brands, Chris held the role of Senior Vice President and General Manager at PepsiCo, where he led the retail and e-commerce businesses with Walmart across the U.S. and more than 25 countries, handling brands in beverages, snacks, and nutrition categories.

During his tenure at PepsiCo, Chris also served as Senior Vice President of Transformation for Frito-Lay North America, overseeing the optimization of the direct-store delivery capability, part of a broader transformation of the value chain.

Prior to his roles at PepsiCo, Christopher spent over 13 years at McKinsey & Company, a renowned strategic management consulting firm, where he eventually became a Partner, leading various teams and advising clients in industries like retail, restaurant, consumer goods, airlines, high-tech, and media.

Education-wise, Chris holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
